For safety concerns, verification code can be
sent via SMS/call only after receiving the
request from your phone.
If you have problems in receiving verification
code, it may be caused by:
1. Network connection problem, so the SMS
was delayed.
Please enter the phone number later and
request for verification code again with better
network.
2. SMS/call permission.
Please check if your phone has allow imo SMS
/call permission in phone setting.
3. SMS/call was blocked by your phone.
You may enter the Blocked SMS list to see if
the verification code SMS was classified there.
If yes, please unblock it then retry.
4. Your SMS verification has reached the limit.
Please retry next day or send verification
messages according to the note on the login
page.
5. VPN may help if your network is restricted.
6. Keep imo number active.
If you leave your sim card's country, please
contact sim card supplier for international
roaming service.
7. If the device has linked to several numbers,
for security concerned, the request for a
verification code will fail.
If it keep unsolved for over 24 hours and
excludes the situations mentioned above,
you may send us feedback as below:
'Apply for further check for not receiving
OTP for over 1 day'.

Now imo is not available in China mainland.
