When the distance sensor on the upper front
part of your phone detects an obstruction, the
screen may be locked and auto turns off by
itself on version 2021.03.4031 and above in
imo voice calls.
To resolve the issue, please remove a colored
protective film on the screen or avoid placing
the screen close to your ear.
If the problem remains, you can send us your
problem feedback with the following details:
1. Does the problem happen during your video
call with a specific imo user or all imo users?
If it is with a specific user, please provide his
/her number and country code.
2. Does it happen during voice calls or video
calls?
3. Does the screen go off on both sides of
the call?
4. Could you hear the voice from the other
side when the screen goes off?
