2. The problematic date & time

 

3. The brand & model no. of your blue tooth

 

 

Sample:

 

I failed to connect my call with Bluetooth.

 

One of my call with contact nicknamed: Lucy

 

Problemed date: 10:00 am, Apr.15, 2023

 

Blue tooth brand & model: Sony WH-1000XM5

 

 

Tips:

 

1. Allow imo relevant permissions in phone setting. 

 

2. Ensure blue tooth device works normally. 

 

3. Turn off other apps occupying it and retry 

 

with better network.
