If your imo account has been inactive for 12
months or longer, it may be suspended or
deleted automatically.
Note:
1. If you live in another country and can't log
in to your account for a long time, you may
consider changing your imo phone number.
2. If you lost your sim card, you may request a
new sim with the same number you used on
imo from your telecom operator.
3. If you are unable to retrieve the same
number from your telecom operator, you may
try to recover your account through 2-step
verification by answering security questions,
and change to a new number for your account.
