Comparison between Original and Updated Privacy Policy (South Korea)

The imo Privacy Policy has been updated in November 2023. The changes are made in order to make the collection and process of your information more transparent to you. Below are the comparison lists of major changes of Privacy Policy.

Update 1 Adding illustration of Cookies

We add the description of purpose of using cookies and how to reject cookies in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

Update 2 Adding information of the third parties with whom we will share your information

We add the description of third parties with whom we will share your information in Section 5 of the Privacy Policy. You may refer to Section 11 of this Privacy Policy for the details of such third parties.

Update 3 Adding details of the international transfer and the result of refusing such transfer

We add more details of third parties in international transfer Section 11 of this Privacy Policy such as their contacts. Also, we further explain the result if you refuse such international transfer.

Update 4 Deleting the Required Data which is mandatory to provide the fundamental features of our Service.

We delete both email and password in the Section 3 regarding the required personal data we need to collect from you when registering imo account. Email and password are not mandatory or necessary personal data to be collected by us.
