4. If it keeps unsolved, you may share details
as below for check:
a. Screenshots showing the problematic room
Please contain the room name which helps to
locate the problematic room.
b. The problematic date & time
c. Click 'Upload log'
You may enter your profile page
- Tap [Help & Feedback]
- [Feedback center] at the bottom
- [Feedback]
- [Voice Club]
Then submit your feedback.
Note:
