Не могу слышать звук в VoiceClub

You may follow instructions as below:

 

Please allow imo [microphone] & [speaker] 

 

permissions in phone permission settings. 

 

 

2. Ensure your speaker and microphone 

 

works fine.

 

 

3. Turn off other apps that occupy your speaker

 

/microphone from your phone background. 

 

 

4. If it keeps unsolved, you may share details 

 

as below for check:

 

a. Screenshots showing the problematic room

 

Please contain the room name which helps to 

 

locate the problematic room.

 

 

b. The problematic date & time

 

 

c. Click 'Upload log

 

 

You may enter your profile page

 

- Tap [Help & Feedback]

 

- [Feedback center] at the bottom

 

- [Feedback]

 

- [Voice Club]

 

Then submit your feedback.

 

 

Note:

 

The log is for technical check and will be 

 

expired after 3 days.
