1) How to turn ON/OFF invisible Friends?
Method 1:
You can go to [Me] → [Security & Privacy]
→ [Invisible Friends] to turn Invisible Friends
on or off.
Method 2:
You can also turn Invisible Friends on or off
from the [Invisible Friends] entry on the
Profile page or the Chat Settings page.
How to Reset the Password If you Forgot It?
Method 1:
Go to [Me] → [Security & Privacy]
→ [Invisible Friends].
Tap "Forgot Password" at the bottom to reset
your password on the password entry page.
Method 2:
Tap the Search icon on the homepage and enter
the keyword "Invisible". Then tap "Settings" to
access the feature. Tap "Forgot Password" at the
bottom to reset your password on the password
entry page.
2) How to Find Your Invisible Friends?
Method 1:
Tap the Search icon on the homepage and enter
your Invisible Friends password.
Method 2:
Go to [Me] → [Security & Privacy]
→ [Invisible Friends] to view your Invisible
Friends list.
Method 3:
You can also find your contact by searching for
their phone number in the search bar.
3) How to Find Invisible Friends Entry If Hidden?
Method 1:
Tap the Search icon on the homepage and enter
your Invisible Friends password. Then tap
"Settings" to access the feature, where you can
manage the visibility of the feature entrance
under "Feature Entrance".
Method 2:
Tap the Search icon on the homepage and enter
the keyword "Invisible". Then tap "Settings"
to access the feature, where you can manage the
visibility of the feature entrance under
"Feature Entrance".
4) Can't find invisible friends by phone number?
This means your friend has "Add me by Phone
Number" turned off in their privacy settings.
Ask them (via call or SMS) to enable this
setting so you can search for them and restore
the chat.
5) Uninstall and reinstall the App:
If you cannot regain access using a passcode or
phone number, you may uninstall and reinstall
the app to reset the feature.
WARNING:
This will permanently delete all chat history.
You will also need to manually re-add all
your contacts once the app is reinstalled.
