If you want to stop saving imo media files to
your phone's gallery, you can find the settings
option in the imo app, then in the privacy
settings, find the "Save to Gallery" option and
turn it off.
This way, the media files sent and received by
imo will no longer be automatically saved to the
phone's gallery.
