How to turn ON/OFF invisible Friends?
To turn on/off Invisible Friends,
You could enter [Me] page
-[Privacy & Security]
-Modify [Invisible Friends].
1. If you don't remember the passcode:
Type any passcode 5 times to see "Forgot
Passcode" entrance. Click Fogot Passcode
to reset your passcode.
2. To find the Invisible Friends feature:
Tap the search icon on the homepage and
enter "#" followed by your passcode.
Then tap "Settings" to access the feature.
You can reset the feature visibility in "Feature
Entrance".
3. Cannot find your invisible friends?
You can still find your contact by searching
for their phone number in the search bar.
4. Can’t find invisible friends by searching
phone number?
This means your friend has “Add me by Phone
Number" turned off in their privacy settings.
Ask them (via call or SMS) to enable this setting
so you can search for them and restore the chat.
*Uninstall and reinstall the App:
If you still cannot regain access using a passcode
or phone number, you may uninstall and reinstall
the app to reset the feature.
WARNING:
This will permanently delete all chat history.
You will also need to manually re-add all your
contacts once the app is reinstalled.
