If you can't reset your passcode using the
"Forgot Passcode" option, try these methods
to remove the lock. (Warning: This will
permanently delete all chats stored on
this device. Please proceed with caution.)
For iOS: Uninstall and then reinstall imo.
For Android: Uninstall and then reinstall imo,
or clear the app's data in your phone settings.
