Could Not Download/Install imo

If you failed to download or install imo, check 

 

the following:

 

 

1. Network Connection

 

Make sure you have a strong network connection. 

 

It'd be recommended if you could connect to a 

 

Wi-Fi network. 

 

 

If you don't have access to Wi-Fi, make sure you 

 

have a strong mobile network connection.

 

 

For network-restricted areas (e.g. Turkmenistan, 

 

Iran), try again with a VPN connection.

 

 

2. Storage Space

 

If your device doesn't have enough storage, it 

 

can stop apps from downloading and installing.

 

 

*Your device has insufficient storage when:

 

a. You get a notification about insufficient 

 

storage space.

 

 

b. You have less than 1 GB of storage available 

 

on your device.

 

 

3. System Update

 

If your device runs Android 2.2 or below, Google 

 

Play may not work properly, and you won't be 

 

able to download imo. 

 

 

To check Android system updates: 

 

 

a. Go to phone [Settings]-[System]-[Advanced]

 

-[System update].

 

 

b. Follow the on-screen instructions to 

 

download or install updates.

4. Delete Downloads

 

If you've already installed imo and left an imo 

 

apk on your device, you may remove it and 

 

try downloading again.

 

 

5. Compatibility 

 

Avoid installing an unknown imo apk shared 

 

by a non-official platform/third party.

 

6. Store Region Settings

 

Please check your App Store / Google Play

 

region settings. If it is set to the US,

 

you need to switch to another region,

 

as the free version of imo is not available in the US.
