1. Check whether the earphone works well.
You may test it by pulling out the earphone and

the speaker works well during the call.
2. Check whether the network is good or not.
Audio call requires a good-quality network,
otherwise the call may be affected. Please try
to call under a better network environment.
By the way, your contacts' network may also
affect the quality of the call.
3. Update imo version.
Update imo to the latest version in App Store
or Google Play to fix bugs.
