If you firstly register imo and find out an existing
account, probably it belongs to the old SIM
owner.
①You could delete and create a new account
as below:
Enter [Me] page
- Settings
- Account & Security
- Delete imo account.
When you reopen imo, select to create a new
account.
②Remove unknown devices as follows:
Enter [Me] page
- Security & Privacy
- Manage Devices.
