Double checks "√√" ( send successfully ) ; 

 

1 circle "o" ( already read ); 

 

Red sign "!" ( network issue)

 

 

2. If it shows 1 check (√) or red sign (!), please

 

switch your network. 

 

It may also cause by network issue from the 

 

other side. VPN may help if there is network 

 

restriction.

 

 

3. Sending messages too frequently.

 

Frequently sending messages or calling other 

 

users may cause disturbance to other users. 

 

Then your messaging feature will be temporarily 

 

disabled. Please obey by imo rules and retry 

 

after 1-30 days. 

 

 

4. You are blocked by him/her. 

 

If content sent show 1 check (√) and call failure 

 

shows "your buddy is not online" ( standard 

 

SMS rates may apply ) , you are blocked. 

 

You may try to contact him via your common

 

friends, group, etc. 

 

 

5. Your friend request is not approved.

 

Your daily messages will be limited and shows

 

red sign '!' if he/she does not accept you as 

 

contact.

 

 

Note:

 

If it prompts 'You have been reported by many 

 

users recently', sorry that your friend request

 

feature is forever banned and could not be 

 

resumed.
