The Grand Mosque offers a multitude of facilities, including live translations of the Friday sermon in multiple languages such as Urdu, French, Malay, Persian, and English via the Manarat Al-Haramain Digital Platform.
Pilgrims seeking guidance can utilize dedicated telephone services in seven languages to have their queries addressed. Additionally, translations of the Qur'an are readily available in various languages, allowing visitors to delve into its teachings while within the Haram, although these texts must remain on-site.
Special attention is given to the needs of disabled visitors. Sign language interpretation of the Friday sermon is offered, and multiple prayer areas are designated for those with special needs, including spaces in the King Fahd Extension and the Tawaaf Prayer Area. Braille Qur'ans and electronic devices are provided for the visually impaired, and elevators facilitate wheelchair access to different floors.
The Grand Mosque also ensures mobility for the disabled with over 5,000 regular and nearly 3,000 electric wheelchairs, alongside complimentary transport services within its precincts, emphasizing inclusivity in its spiritual sanctuary.
