Unable to receive imo verification code

If you can't receive a verification code on imo, you should try the following steps:

 

1. Check your internet connection: 

Make sure you have a stable internet connection to receive the verification code.

 

2. Check your phone number: 

Ensure that you have entered the correct phone number on imo. 

Double-check for any typos or mistakes.

 

3. Resend the code: 

On imo, you can usually request a new verification code to be sent to your phone number. 

Try clicking on the "Resend Code" or similar option.

 

If your verification code requests have reached the daily limit, please retry the next day.

 

4. Message/call was blocked by your phone:

Please unblock imo from the blocked SMS list and try again.

 

5. If the device has linked to several numbers,

for security concerns, the request for a verification code will fail.

 

6. Keep imo number active:

If you leave the sim card's country, 

please contact the old mobile service provider for international roaming service.

 

7. Contact imo support: 

If you have tried the above steps and still cannot receive the verification code, 

reach out to imo customer service for further assistance. 

They may be able to help you troubleshoot the issue.

 

Note:

1. Now imo is not available in China, Nicaragua, Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

 

2. Verification code can be sent only via SMS/call.

For Windows/Mac version, the code will be sent to mobile imo.

 

Remember to provide them with relevant details such as your imo number with country code 

and any error messages you may have encountered.
