For account security reasons, imo currently supports logging in only with a phone number or QR code, not with an email address or social media account.
- On iOS and Android, you can log in with your phone number.
- On desktop and the web, you can log in with your phone number or scan a QR code.
If you can’t receive verification codes because your phone number is inactive or canceled, you may be unable to log in. Contact your mobile carrier to find out whether your number can be restored.
If you still need help, contact feedback@imo.im. Include your phone number with its country code and a description of the issue, but do not include your verification code.
