Incorrect Online/Offline Status(Over 1h)

There may be a 1-hour delay for the update of 

 

the online status.

 

 

1. Click log out imo, the status will switch to 

 

"offline" (no sign) immediately;

 

 

2. If you close imo directly without clicking "log 

 

out", imo will run in the background by default, 

 

and your status will still be displayed as "online"

 

within 1 hour until the offline status update.

 

    

 

 

Note:

 

If you've closed imo for more than 1 hour and 

 

your status still shows "online", report the 

 

problem to us as instructed:

 

- Enter [Me] page and choose [Help&Feedback]

 

- Tap [Feedback Center] at the bottom

 

- [Feedback]

 

- Select [Chat]

 

- Describe your issue

 

- Turn on [Upload log] and submit
