To request your imo account information, you
can follow these steps:
1. Open the imo app on your mobile device.
2. Enter your profile page.
3. From the menu that appears, select "Settings".
4. In the Settings menu, scroll down and tap
on "Account & Security".
5. Under the Account settings, you should see
an option for "Request Account Info". Tap on
this option.
6. Click "Request" and download your account
information as a ZIP file.
Note: Account information include your profile,
login history, chat history etc.
It takes 7 days to process and download the
account data.
If you exit the page during processing the data,
the data processing and download times will
be recalculated.
