To create an imo avatar, follow these steps:
1. Download the imo app:
Start by downloading and installing the imo
app on your mobile device.
It is available for both Android and iOS.
2. Open the imo app:
Once the app is installed, open it and sign in
with your imo account or create a new one if
you don't have an account already.
3. Go to the profile section:
Tap on the profile avatar in the top left corner
of the imo app to open the menu.
From the menu, select "Profile" to access your
profile settings.
4. Edit your profile:
You will find options in your profile section to
edit your name, profile picture and other details.
Tap on the profile picture section to proceed.
5. Make AI avatar:
Click the profile avatar and enter the AI avatar
section.
Then you can follow the instructions to make
your own AI avatar:
1) Put your face in the middle frame.
Correct posture makes it easier to get a good-
looking profile picture.
2) Nod your head up and down.
3) Smile at the camera.
4) Open your mouth.
5) Facial scan successful.
6) AI avatar generating:
Your AI Avatar is generating. It may take a few
minutes. Leaving this page will NOT interrupt
the process.
By completing these steps, you agree to grant
us access to your camera and facial features.

6. Select your profile avatar:
In the AI Avatar interface, you need to select a
picture you are satisfied with from the 4
pictures as the avatar.
7. Apply filters and effects (optional):
imo also offers various filters and effects that
you can apply to your avatar photo.
You can experiment with different filters to
enhance the appearance of your avatar.
8. Save your avatar:
Once you are satisfied with the photo and
any applied filters, tap on the "Save" or
"Done" button to save your avatar.
Your new AI avatar will now be displayed
in your imo profile.
Tips:
Imo avatars are visible to your contacts
and other imo users, so choose a photo
that you are comfortable sharing with
others.
This feature is still under test and will gradually
open to more users.
