To join a public group, you may open imo
- Tap the magnifier button below
- Add group via group ID or via group link
shared by group members.
If you cannot join the big group,
possible reasons include:
1. The group is full.
The group owner may clear inactive members
or apply for a group limit upgrade then approve
you to join the group.
2. If the group owner set "join management"
as "Join only by admin invites", you need an
invitation from the group owner/admin.
3. If you are removed by group owner/admin,
you need an invitation from the group
owner/admin.
4. If you join big groups frequently / leave the
same group twice within 24 hours, please retry
24 hours later.
5. If you have joined 200 groups, please leave
unwanted groups and retry.
