Here are the possible reasons for failure to post
stories:
1. Unstable network connection.
Please connect to a better network and retry.
2. Improper video/picture/music size.
We recommend you post small-size media files
in your story.
3. If the problem persists, contact us for
assistance.
①Video/Music issue:
Please email your problem, country code,
phone number, and the original video/music file
with the subject line [Failed to Upload Story] to
our email feedback@imo.im.
②Image:
Report the problem to us and provide the
following details:
a. Screenshots of the issue.
b. The date and time when you encountered
this problem.
c. Feedback the problem and turn on "Upload
log" as instructed below:
- Enter [Me] page and choose [Help&Feedback]
- Tap [Feedback Center] at the bottom
- [Feedback]
- Select [Story]
- Describe your issue
- Turn on [Upload log] and submit
The log is just for technical check and will be
expired after 3 days. Please take it easy.
