Possible solutions:

 

1. For unsuccessful recharge order 

 

You may complete the payment, then you would

 

receive a payment notice from Google or other

 

payment methods.

 

 

2. To refresh your Google order:

 

- Clear the Google Play Store data cache in the

 

app settings

 

- Re-log into your Google account and enter 

 

the payment page

 

- Confirm your order again and then wait for 

 

the process.

 

 

If it remains unsolved, you may claim a refund

 

from Google wallet.
