Why can't I make a call on imo?
If your call cannot connect, check your network connection, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, and make sure other apps can connect to the internet. Update imo to the latest version and make sure it has the necessary call permissions. Also, make sure the other person has accepted your friend request and hasn't blocked your calls. If the issue persists, try reopening imo and making the call again, or contact our support team.
How to View Call Record？
For android: Open the imo app, tap the “Contacts” icon at the top, then tap “Call History”. If you miss this option, please upgrade imo then retry. For iOS: You may check your call history in 1) imo - Contacts - Call history or 2) your iPhone's call history
How can I delete a call history on imo app?
Open the imo app, tap the “Contacts” icon at the top, then tap “Call History”. Find the call you want to delete, long-press it, and select “Delete”. To delete all call history, tap the “...” button in the top-right corner.
