The Grand Mosque is renowned not only for its spiritual significance but also for its exceptional facilities, including toilets and ablution areas. These essential services are strategically placed throughout the mosque's outer courtyards, ensuring accessibility for all visitors. Despite the entrances suggesting a limited number, the mosque houses an extensive network of underground toilets, which can be conveniently reached via escalators.

A testament to the mosque's commitment to cleanliness, these facilities are meticulously maintained 24/7. For instance, women's Toilet No. 1 and men's Toilet No. 2 are situated near the King Abdulaziz Gate, adjacent to As-Safwa Towers and the Dar Al-Iman Royal Hotel. Men have exclusive access to Toilet No. 3, also near the King Abdulaziz Gate and beside As-Safwa Towers.

Further along, in the vicinity of the King Fahd Gate, men's Toilet No. 6 and women's Toilet No. 7 are positioned towards Ibrahim Al-Khalil Street and Jabal Omar, close to At-Tawheed Hotel. Lastly, men's Toilet No. 8 and women's Toilets No. 4 and 5 are conveniently located near doors 86-88, by King Fahd's Escalator, neighboring Hijrah Road and the Makkah Towers. These well-placed facilities ensure that visitors' needs for cleanliness and ablution are met with ease and comfort during their time at the Grand Mosque.
