4. Did it happen in all versions or after you 

 

upgraded imo?

 

 

 

Sample 1 -【Outgoing video call issue】: 

 

-I failed to start a 1v1 video call with my contact

 

named Mohammad at 10:00 am, Nov.01, 2023. 

 

 

-The camera closed/turned black/showed error

 

(Better with a screenshot), etc. 

 

 

-It occurred in all versions/after I upgraded imo.

 

 

 

Sample 2 -【Incoming video call issue】: 

 

-I failed to accept a 1v1 video call from my 

 

contact named Mohammad at 10:00 am,
