Free Wheelchairs are conveniently available at three different locations within the Grand Mosque. You can find them at the eastern courtyard, the southern courtyard, and the western courtyard.
For those in need of electric wheelchairs, there are four entrances to the Grand Mosque where this service can be accessed. These include the eastern courtyard, the southern courtyard, Bab Ajyad escalator, and the western courtyard. To ensure availability, electric wheelchairs can be booked in advance through the Tanaqqul app. They can be found at the start of the Sa’i track (As-Safa) and at the Mezzanine floor, which serves as the starting point of tawaf. To make the best use of these wheelchairs, it is important to enter through the specified entrances, use the designated tracks, follow the instructions of supervisors, maintain the wheelchair in good condition, and operate it with caution and at a slow speed.
Additionally, the Grand Mosque offers a free golf cart service to transport elderly or disabled Umrah pilgrims and worshippers within the courtyards. This service is provided to ensure that everyone can access and enjoy the spiritual experience of the Grand Mosque.
