1. If your mobile phone number is lost, it is
recommended that you request the phone
operator to recover the same phone number
for you.
2. If you can login your account, you may
change phone number in account setting.
It is recommended that you turn on 2 step
verification.
3. If the sim card is lost and cannot be reissued,
you can provide details as below:
① Your imo phone number with country code
② Screenshot of the receipt/document from
the carrier to prove you are the owner
③ Screenshot of your ID card
Please include the following statement:
"Please cancel my account."
We can delete your original account after
reviewing your relevant information and ensure
relevant information will be kept in secret.
If you retrieve this sim card later, you will have a
new account after login.
