If you can't see the other side in video calls,
please check if the other user has turned on
the camera.
If the camera was off on the other side, the
other user would receive a prompt reminder.
You may ask the other user to turn on the
camera by following the below instructions:
Enter phone Settings>find imo>turn on camera.
If the camera was on but you still can't see the
other side, please try the below steps:
Step 1: Check network connection, restart Wi-Fi
or Cellular
Step 2: Restart imo
Step 3: Update imo to the latest version on App
Store or Google Play Store
If the problem still remains, you can send us

a. Contact details
Does the problem happen during your video call
with a specific imo user or all imo users?
If it is with a specific user, please provide his
/her number and country code.
b. Calling status
Does your device keep 'calling' / 'ringing' or get
through (calling time starts counting when the
call gets through) when the problem occurred?
Please indicate the calling status.
c. Date and Time
Please provide the date and time when the
calling problem occurred
d. Screenshots
Please click "+" to upload call page screenshots
where the calling problem occurred (if any).
e. Allow upload log
Please click “Upload log” before you submit the
