عدم إمكانية سماع الرسائل الصوتية

1. Turn off other apps occupying your 

 

microphone on phone background.

 

 

2. Check if your microphone / loud speaker /

 

earphone / bluetooth work normally.

 

 

You may create a music or record a voice note 

 

on your device and replay it.

 

 

3. Ear speaker mode is turned on by mistake.

 

The ear-like icon will appear when you turn on

 

the ear speaker mode.

 

 

Keep pressing on the voice message for over 1s 

 

- Switch to [Speaker mode].

 

 

4. Network issue.

 

Please retry with better network.

 

 

5. The voice message is deleted.

 

a. The other side has recalled his/her voice 

 

message；

 

 

b. The voice message disappeared after the 

 

time set in [Disappearing Message];

 

 

c. The voice message over 3 months is expired 

 

and auto deleted.
